Where can I add a discount or voucher code?

Voucher codes can be redeemed during the ordering process directly when checking out. The amount is immediately deducted from the final total so that you have a clear overview of the value of your order.

How long does shipping take?

Once you have received a shipping confirmation from us, standard shipping usually takes 1-3 working days within Germany. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the delivery time of our service partners, but you can track every step of your order with the tracking ID.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What now?

Is your order taking a long time to arrive or is there no progress in tracking your shipment? Please send us an email to support@ko86.de after about a week and we will take care of it.

My package was damaged, what should I do?

We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure that all products arrive undamaged. If there is any damage, send us an email to support@ko86.de and describe the incident, if possible with pictures, and check which items were damaged.

How can I return a product?

Send us an email to support@ko86.de within 30 days of delivery and let us know which item you would like to return. You can find a sample cancellation form on our website under the "Cancellation" section.
